How to take registers
It is now possible to merge live lesson and run as one large group. To Facilitate this MS teams now has year wide groups. Please remember that these channels contain all students.
The download lesson attendance function now works. During the lesson goto participants
In participants click ...
The option then appears to download the attendance.
This is a CSV file. You may need to filter out joined/left - but all names are recorded there.
How to access the downloaded file
- File explorer (right click in windows icon, bottom left)
- On the right are folder lists, navigate to the top to the Downloads folder – should be there - it is called meeting attendance. Remember to save it as your name and class before you send it on
