Welcome to Law

This course is taught by Mrs Murray-Smith. We have two groups in year 12 and two in year 13. In 2019  our students successfully achieved 100% A*-C and 71% A*-B, in 2022 60% achieved A*-B. We will have high expectations of you and for you. Law is not easy but it is really interesting.

Mrs Murray-Smith

I  have a degree in law and a management qualification. Before I became a teacher, I ran a large restaurant in the City of London for ten years and I also have a Diploma in Wines and Spirits.  I have been teaching for almost 30 years and have extensive experience of teaching all aspects of AQA Law. I also work as an AQA A-level Law examiner.  I like to make lessons engaging, challenging and relevant.

This year, Mr Maisey and Ms Berks are joining the Law Department and will be teaching half of the year 12 lessons.
