Transition Project

You are about to begin the transition project for the OCR Level 3 AAQ Extended Certificate in Health and Social Care. 

During year 12 you will complete 3 units (Extended Certificate): 

F090: Principles in Health and Social Care​

F092: Person-centred approach to care​

F093: Supporting people with mental health conditions

These units are assessed through both external examinations and internal coursework. This transition project seeks to prepare you for the key skills and knowledge needed for this course.

The project is split into 3 parts:
